His previous roles include Head of Logistics and Workshops at El Al Airlines and founder and CEO of Zoko Aviation Services specializing in maintenance services for GH companies.

Ronen Nissan, Senior Deputy CEO of the Terminal With over 20 years of experience, Ronen Nissan possesses extensive knowledge in defining and developing processes across the market, IATA, SITA, and various regulatory bodies in Israel. He is an expert in innovation, business intelligence (BI), and data analysis. Ronen is committed to service excellence, understanding customer needs, and striving for complete responses.

Charli Nachmias, Vice President of Operations Charli Nachmias has worked for over 3 decades at Maman, including in security, loading, and unloading all types of aircraft, and managing the air import and export sectors. He has gained experience in a Maman subsidiary specializing in loss prevention (KLP) and works closely with airlines, shippers, and regulatory bodies (Customs, Health Ministry, and Agriculture Ministry).

Iris Zeira, Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Iris Zeira is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sales segments management in the B2B and BTC sectors. She possesses extensive expertise in shipping, importing, exporting, and brokerage. Iris is responsible for sales management and complex negotiations with international airlines, shippers, agents, and top industry companies. Additionally, she oversees marketing and customer service at the terminal.

Amit Plotkin, Vice President of Logistics Amit Plotkin started his career in 2001 in the Cargo Security Department and was appointed Head of the Department in 2009. He later joined the Operations Division as the Export division manager, managing three leading departments at the terminal. Amit also served as a Safety Manager and was subsequently appointed Vice President of Logistics in 2021, overseeing the Motorized Equipment, Safety, training, purchasing, cargo station services, ULD control and the cool chain department.

Dror Norani, Sorting and Distribution Center Manager With over 20 years of experience in aerial logistics management in the Air Force, Dror Norni has managed numerous employees and has been involved in process improvement and optimization. He has experience in managing inventory in both manual and automated warehouses and in managing logistic supply chains, from receiving cargo from abroad to distributing them to end customers.

Asher Normand, Maintenance Manager Asher Norman has been with Maman for nearly 3 decades, managing the technical, transportation, metal, and dismantling departments.

He is responsible for maintaining the building, terminal maintenance, electricity and automated storage systems, infrastructure, cold rooms, and traffic systems. Asher has over 20 years of experience in management and maintenance of construction, electrical, cooling, and traffic projects.

Eyal Zohar, Security and Supervision Manager of the Cargo Terminal Eyal Zohar began working at Maman nearly 30 years ago in loss prevention, and supervision roles. He is responsible for security, loss prevention, public order, process supervision, and handling of regular and sensitive shipments. Eyal maintains constant contact with customers, offering escort services and handling shipments. He represents the company in dealings with customs authorities as an “Authorized Economic Operator” (AEO), manages access control, and handles cannabis-related processes at the cargo terminal.

Shlomi Knafo, Cargo Security Manager Shlomi Knafo started working at Maman in 2001. Over the years, he has held several roles in the Cargo Security Department, including training and employee readiness. Currently, he manages the department, ensuring all shipments are inspected according to regulatory requirements to secure outgoing flights from Israel. The department works with exporters, shippers, and airlines, providing various solutions to facilitate the safe and speedy export of shipments.

Kobi Michael Export, ramps, and agriculture sectors manager

Kobi started his career at the company in 2000, filling a variety of roles from head of a team on the terminal floor to his current positions. Throughout his work, he established and developed the agricultural export sector at the company, and today he manages two sites that provide services to agricultural exporters. In addition, he is responsible for the export sector and the ramps.

Moshe Mizrachi, Import and Airside Manager
Moshe Mizrachi has been with Maman since 1999, starting his career as an import team leader and subsequently holding various operational positions. He has significantly contributed to both the import and export teams and coordinated activities at the control center. For  seven years, Mizrachi served as the shift manager in Maman’s command center. Currently, he is managing two major departments -the import and airside responsible for the loading and unloading of cargo aircrafts as well as the cargo acceptance.
